A security scare this Thursday, brought banking activities to a halt at most Commercials banks in Abakaliki, the Ebonyi State capital on Thursday. This followed rumours of threats of attacks on banks in the city. Zamfara State Government says 35 suspected masterminds of the recent attacks of some rural communities in the state have been apprehended by the police in the state.
