180 Russian soldiers surrendered to the Wagner PMC in the Voronezh region, refusing to prevent the rebels from moving to Moscow and moving around the region.
Ukrainian military expert Oleksandr Kovalenko said.
Later, information appeared that the Wagner PMC disarmed a Russian military company without resistance at the Bugaevka border crossing (in the Voronezh region of the Russian Federation).
