ASUU Strike: Vote Out APC In 2023- ASUU Begs Students, Parents

Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) has called on parents and students to vote out the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) come 2023 general election.

ASUU said the ruling APC government of President Muhammadu Buhari does not value the future and education of the Nigerian youths.

ASUU National President, Professor Emmanuel Osedeke, stated that the government of APC has shown that it was not ready to address the demands of the body which is improving the university system.

ASUU went on strike on the 14 of February 2022, demanding that the Federal government should implement the agreement it had with the body in 2009.

“It is their right. They should vote them out because children of the masses can’t be at home while children of those leaders will be enjoying education outside the country. That is their right and they should use their PVCs,” Sodeke stated.
