I Respect Peter Obi, I Have Agreed To Remain Neutral- Reno

A former presidential aide to former president Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri, has said he has sheath his sword in his attack on the presidential candidate of Labour Party, Peter Obi, as a mark of respect.

 

Reno said his decision arose from the intervention of one he respects and has resolved to remain neutral to Peter Obi’s presidential ambition.

The Former presidential aide of Goodluck Jonathan was a strong critic of Peter Obi, a former Anambra State governor.

 

Reno had stated that his criticism of Peter Obi arose from his supporters who are always attacking him.

In one of his posts, Reno swore to always attack Peter Obi to ensure he never achieves his presidential ambition.

 

In a turnaround post, Reno said, “A mutual friend of Peter Obi and I intervened between us. I respect him so much and agreed to accede to his request to remain neutral on Peter. I have kept to my words.”

 

Reno is a strong supporter of Atiku Abubakar, Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, presidential candidate.
