Sweet Estate Unique Lands In Trouble Over Land Trespass

The family of Akeyan in Ikija Olu Village via Alapo elefun Osi-ile in Abeokuta the Ogun State Capital has written the sweet estate unique properties to stop trespassing into thier land and gave them 14 days to destroy and structure built on it.

In a letter written to the company by the family lawyer, Mallam Habeeb Whyte on Monday February 14, 2022 stated that our clients are the beneficial owners of the large piece parcel of land.

It was also gathered that the landed property is well described in the registered perimeter survey where sweet estate unique properties had been seen trespassed into the landed property unlawfully.


The documentary evidence shows further that the trespass was committed in three phases. The family also made it clear that they have at no time sold, lease or rent any part of their land to sweet estate unique properties or any of the company directors, the family made it clear that their company are never on the list of family or company they transact or sold land for, Akeyan family added.

Meanwhile, they have given sweet estate unique properties 14 days ultimatum to stop and further trespass and vacate on Akeyan family property, failure to do so, the legal action will be taking on the company.

 

All efforts to hear from sweet estate unique properties prove abortive as at the time of filling this report.
