#Anambra decides 2021: Police, security operatives absent at poling units

 

Anambra decides 2021: The Publisher Nigeria can now report that the Police is conspicuously absent at polling units visited by our eye witness.

Despite deploying about 34,587 personnel to secure the lives of citizens during the Anambra election which is on going, neither the Police nor other security operatives have been sighted at several polling units visited by our correspondent.

The Publisher Nigeria understands that accreditation is on going at the moment in several polling units and so far the exercise has been peaceful.

Anambra State which consists of 5634 polling units is in the race to elect Governor Willie Obiano’s successor and in the context are four political gladiator, namely Professor Charles Soludo of APGA, Andy Uba – APC, Ifeanyi Ubah – YPP and Valentine Ozigbo of PDP.
